Safeguarding & SEAH investigations training
Trauma-informed investigation skills for handling sexual exploitation, abuse and harassment concerns
Lead with clarity, empathy and evidence when investigating safeguarding concerns involving sexual exploitation, abuse or harassment.
Our Safeguarding & SEAH (Sexual Exploitation, Abuse and Harassment) Investigations Training is designed to equip investigators with the practical tools, ethical mindset, and trauma-informed approaches required to handle safeguarding investigations confidently and professionally.
Originally developed for the international aid and development sector, this course reflects the safeguarding challenges often faced in complex, high-risk settings. However, the core principles apply equally to any organisation responsible for investigating allegations of sexual misconduct, exploitation, harassment, or abuse in the workplace or wider operations.
This training can be tailored to suit your sector, policies and investigation framework. Whether delivered in person or online, the course supports participants to lead fair, structured, and survivor-sensitive investigations that meet professional standards.
